Purelight Treatments

Purelight is a new approach to light therapy that is both natural and non-invasive. Unlike IPL and lasers that rely on thermal injury, Purelight's Light Emitting Diodes (LED) does not produce any heat. Purelight stimulates the naturally occurring regeneration and repair process of the skin. Purelight insures that clients will not be subjected to UV rays or excessive radiation as with IPL and lasers. These treatments combine the technology of LED light with Microdermabrasion to maximize results.

Violet Light - Acne stems from an abnormal amount of bacteria. The violet light attacks and kills the bacteria responsible for acne. Sebaceous glands will return to their natural state without being thermally altered, thus reducing excess oil. Purelight produces a photo bleaching effect to help with pigment problems and scars caused by acne.

Green Light - this light acts directly on the melanin and hyperpigmentation, decreasing melanin production by 40%-60%. Green light also inhibits melanin deposits and reduces redness through vasoconstriction. This treatment is great for age or liver spots and melasma.
